In cooperation with Booking.com, TomTom, Rabobank and CA-ICT training fund, the ‘TechConnect’ action program offers several programs that increase the equal opportunities and diversity in the Amsterdam tech labor market. By making tech training and jobs accessible to everyone, over the next four years, 50,000 people from underrepresented groups will storm the tech labor market.
This means a more diverse, inclusive Amsterdam tech world, consisting of men and women of all ages, with diversity in cultural background. Home-grown people who are trained as programmers, data analysts, “growth hackers”, UX designers or tech managers. Everyone is needed to fill in these tech jobs.
